Recognition Infrastructure Framework Company Limited (“Recoinfra,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website www.recoinfra.org (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit or interact with the Site, how we use it, and the choices available to you.

We are committed to handling personal information responsibly and in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA) and other applicable data protection laws.

Information you provide to us. If you contact us, register interest in the pilot cohort, or email hello@recoinfra.org, we may collect your name, email address, organisation, and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site may collect limited technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. This is typically gathered through cookies or similar tracking technologies.

Information we do not currently collect. The Site does not currently host user accounts, process payments, or store creative asset evidence files. Any future functionality that would change this, such as a portal for submitting evidence files for recognition assessment, will be covered by an updated version of this policy before it is introduced.

We use the information we collect to:

• Process registrations of interest in the Recoinfra pilot cohort or institutional engagement
